Aufgaben
Aufbau von Motoren (Neu- und Reparaturmotoren) und Aggregaten in den Prüfständen
Inbetriebnahme der aufgebauten Produkte
Fehlerdiagnose und-behebung bei Störungen bei der Inbetriebnahme
Prüfen nach Anweisung und Kundenanforderungen, Protokollierung und Dokumentation
Durchführen von Kundenabnahmen und Qualitäts-Checks
Ausführen von Umbauten und Rückmontagen an den Produkten, Prüfstands-Rüsttätigkeiten
Verantwortung für MTU Sicherheits- und Qualitätsanforderungen
Durchführen von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten, Prozesstransport
Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Motorenbau
Sehr gute Kenntnisse über MTU Motorenbaureihen
Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung Ü2, Kenntnisse QS DIN/ISO 9000
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
Gut ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation, gute Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2 und 3 Schicht), flexibler Einsatz zwischen den Werken
Sehr gute Deutsch-, gute Englischkenntnisse
EDV Kenntnisse (SAP, Office)
