Job Description:

Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung KONAQ2 Assembly Inspection 2 sucht Airbus Aerostructures am Standort Nordenham einen Quality Line Side Support (d/m/w).

Dein Standort

Der Standort Nordenham bildet mit rund 4000 Beschäftigten das Zentrum für den Schalen- und Sektionsbau sowie die Großblechfertigung der Airbus Aerostructures GmbH. Im Bereich der integrierten Schalenfertigung zählt Nordenham zu den weltweit modernsten Produktionsstandorten. Automatisierte und hochinnovative Fertigungstechnologien ermöglichen am Standort Nordenham den Bau von Komponenten für modernste Flugzeuge. Rund 5.000 Rumpfschalen und vollständig montierte Rumpfsektionen für fast alle Flugzeuge der Airbus-Familie verlassen jährlich das Werk Nordenham. Technologische Schwerpunkte am Standort Nordenham bilden die Profilfertigung, das Streckziehen von großflächigen Metallstrukturen, das Metallkleben sowie die Herstellung und Montage von Kohlenstofffaserbauteilen.

Dein Arbeitsort direkt an der Weser

Du arbeitest in Nordenham zwischen Wattenmeer und Unterweser, geprägt durch landschaftliche Idylle und kilometerweiter Sicht bis zum Horizont. Für Großstadtfeeling sind Bremerhaven, Bremen und Oldenburg im pendelbaren Umkreis.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen nach definierten Standards und Bearbeitung / Überprüfung der dazugehörigen Dokumentationen,
z.B. Durchführung von Serien-, Nacharbeits- und Sonderprüfungen (FEMI-Freigabe, Spot-Check), Endprüfungen, Freigabe und Attestierung von Flugzeugbauteilen/-sektionen, Sicherheitsprüfungen, Prüfungen von Restarbeiten
Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit des Prozessablaufes laut Teilprozess-Variante
Sicherstellung der vollständigen Bauzustandserfassung in IT-Tools (z.B. SAP, AHP, MES)
Anwendung und Bewertung von Abweichungen gemäß Bauunterlage und deren Vorschriften (AIPI/AIPS), CER und DTN unter Berücksichtigung des QM-Systems
Prüfung der Dokumentation auf Prüfberichten sowie Einleitung und Erledigung
Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen und deren Dokumentation
Ansprechpartner (d/m/w) und Betreuung der Quality Authorisation (QA) L1- und QA L2-Prüfer bzgl. ihrer Prüftätigkeiten innerhalb der Fertigungsorganisation
Final Checks für den externen Kunden / Übergabe von internen Q-Gates / Attestierung & Validierung
NC- und Concession- Erstellung sowie deren Steuerung und Schließung
CPB und PPS Mit- und Zuarbeit
Anwendung des “Intervention Card Prozess” FOD
Ansprechpartner bei Qualitätsthemen bei Kundenbesuchen und Ausstellung der Konformitätsbescheinigung
Eigenverantwortliche und stetige Weiterbildung innerhalb des QM-Systems (Prozesse, Vorschriften, etc.)

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Strukturmontage im Flugzeugbau (zwingend erforderlich)
Fachspezifische, mindestens dreijährige Berufsausbildung und eine langjährige Berufserfahrung bei Herstellung von Luftfahrzeugen
Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und selbständige Arbeitsweise
PC-/DV-System- und SAP-Kenntnisse
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht) sowie zur Weiterbildung
Erweiterte Englischkenntnisse (Niveau-B1)
