Renewals Manager

This role resides in the Recurring Revenue Acceleration organization, one of our fastest growing teams that delivers profitable growth throughout the customer lifecycle with a series of selling motions to drive higher value and an efficient experience from Cisco solutions.

Your Impact:

The Customer Experience Renewal Manager (RM) role is a highly visible, strategic position to empower key customers to continue to transform their business and meet their objectives through Cisco solutions.

Accountable for owning and implementing a portfolio of renewal contracts of Cisco products and services across an assigned customer account. RM's work with customers, partners and across Cisco teams to develop an end-to-end, deep view of customer requirements and objectives and define a strategy to drive renewals to timely closure, as well as minimize renewals risk and financial attrition.

• You'll build an understanding of Customer and Partners procurement processes

• Gain knowledge of Cisco's technology and what differentiates our products from competitors.

• Conduct process management and financial assessments to support renewals process

Minimum Qualification:

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience) and 5+ years of technology sales or enterprise renewal experience.

• Proven track record in managing end-to-end renewal cycles, including upselling and driving timely contract closures for assigned accounts.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing Services and Software contract renewals.

• Strong analytical capability in managing large installed base data.

• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding renewal rate targets and bookings quotas.

• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Preferred Qualifications:

• French preferred.

• Ability to analyse data and financial reports to propose, identify and upsell renewals.

• Familiarity with recurring revenue renewal cycles.

• Experience with CRM tools i.e. SFDC

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multiple accounts and deadlines

• Diligent with strong follow-up practices

• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• + 3 years of professional experience in technical or industry consulting, including the ability to analyse market trends and map technology solutions to specific customer environments.
