What you will do:

Set-up and execute experiments following established protocols (including but not limited to performing remodeling and bioconjugation experiments)
Perform product purification by means of FPLC chromatography (including but not limited to SEC, IEC, ProtA)
Execute product fill-finish and analysis (SEC, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, endotoxin testing)
Process, analyze and document results in ELN
Prepare high-quality production reports (in PowerPoint format) and product certificates (CoTs)
Communicate results with internal stakeholders
Provide general support to lab operations
Adhere to company policies and quality & safety standards and observes regulatory and safety compliance in the laboratory.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

Degree：BSc or MSc
Field of Study：chemical biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Experience with various protein purification and analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography (protein A/L, Ni-NTA), SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC and MS
Experience with handling antibodies, including modification, purification and analysis.
Familiarity with various bioconjugation chemistry techniques and preferably hands-on experience
Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team-player mentality
