El Responsable de Suministros y Materiales Operativos trabajará en equipo con otros Amazonians y POA para administrar el flujo de bienes no inventariables, incluyendo suministros MRO, material corrugado, equipo de seguridad y herramientas.
Realiza conteos cíclicos precisos de suministros de envío y asegura la entrega de artículos de gastos recibidos de suministros de envío y envoltura de regalos a la ubicación apropiada.

Key job responsibilities
Las funciones del trabajo incluyen:
- Descarga y almacenamiento preciso de bienes no inventariables
- Organización de productos en áreas de trabajo
- Organización de suministros de empaque
- Mantenimiento de niveles apropiados de suministros de envío kanbans y supermercados
- Recepción de mercancías en el sistema Coupa (entrada de datos)
- Investigación de envíos no inventariables faltantes
- Asistencia con consultas de pagos de cuentas por pagar
- Mantenimiento de archivos

Basic qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred qualifications
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
