Job Description:

An opportunity for an Occupational Health Physician has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Illescas. 

Occupational Health Physicians hold specific formal qualifications directly related to their specialization and are recognized for their expertise both internally and externally 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The jobholder will be responsible for:

• Provide guidance, advice, and support to employers and employees.
• Identify, assess, and refer vulnerable individuals or groups to the appropriate specialists when deemed necessary, as well as propose, lead, or participate in actions/projects in collaboration and consultation with said specialists.
• Conduct appropriate medical surveillance and ensure data traceability based on the job profile and risk exposure, in order to prevent occupational diseases and facilitate job retention.
• Issue fitness-for-work recommendations based on the job profile and the employee's health status.
• Collaborate in the organization and/or provision of emergency and first aid services.
• Support company-driven health promotion activities in the workplace.

• Education: Medical Degree with a specialization in Occupational Medicine.
• Experience: Open to recent graduates.
• Languages: Minimum B2 level in English.
• Desirable: Proficiency in office software.
