Als Rezeptionist:in bist du unser freundliche Aushängeschild und sorgst in einem unserer „First Mile“-Fulfillment-Center (FC) dafür, dass Besucher und Mitarbeiter einen positiven ersten Eindruck gewinnen.
In dieser wichtigen Rolle arbeitest du mit dem Assistenten des Standortleiters (GMA) zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe und Programme zu gewährleisten und so dazu beizutragen, ein sicheres und einladendes Arbeitsumfeld für alle zu schaffen.

Du organisiert Events und Volunteering-Aktionen gemeinsam mit der GMA.

Vertragslaufzeit: 4 Jahre (befristet)

Key job responsibilities
- Unterstützung des General Manager Assistants vor Ort
- Betreuung der zentralen Telefonanlage & Koordination der Meetingraumkalender
- Betreuung und Verwaltung der Konferenz- und Lagerräume
- Zeitnahe Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben im Front Office-Bereich
- Begrüßung und Betreuung von externen und internen Gästen, inkl. Besuchermanagement entsprechend der internen Prozesse
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiterangelegenheiten
- Koordinierung vom Postein- und Ausgang
- Koordinierung von Bestellungen
- Besuchermanagement und Koordination von FC-Touren
- Ansprechpartner für Reisemanagement, sowie für Abrechnungen
- Vorbereitungen für Meetings und Events sowie Unterstützung bei Planung, Durchführung, Nachbereitung (z.B. Prime Day, Weihnachtsevents)
- Unterstützung beim SWAG- (Vorteilsprogramm für Mitarbeitende) und Volunteering-Programm, sowie bei Spendentätigkeiten
- Unterstützung beim Erstellen der Standort-Kommunikation

A day in the life
Du hast täglich Kontakt mit allen Mitarbeitern, verwaltest die interne und externe Post, bist bei der Buchung von Besprechungsräumen für den Standort behilflich, nimmst eingehende Anrufe und Anfragen entgegen und leitest Nachrichten an die zuständigen Personen weiter.

Wir arbeiten in Fulfillment-Centern, die das Herzstück von Amazons dynamischem Betriebsnetz bilden. Unsere Fullfilment-Center werden manchmal auch als die „erste Meile“ (First Mile) bezeichnet – hier starten die meisten Amazon-Pakete ihren Versandweg. Wir unterstützen die Verwaltung eines dynamischen Bestands und ermöglichen schnelle Zustellungen rund um die Uhr.
In unseren Fulfillment-Centern sind vielfältige Mitarbeitergruppen beschäftigt. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Menschen mit den verschiedensten Fähigkeiten. Einige von uns arbeiten mit physischen Produkten. Andere analysieren Daten und helfen unternehmensweit dabei, intelligente Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Basic qualifications

- Fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen, CEFR).
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit der MS-Office-Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in einem professionellen Umfeld.

Preferred qualifications

- Fähigkeit, proaktiv und selbstständig zu arbeiten, Fristen einzuhalten und Projekte sowie Aufgaben erfolgreich abzuschließen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und/oder Koordination von Projekten in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit Veranstaltungen oder im Bereich Kundenbindung
