What the day will look like Develop and grow ‘New’ sales for Aon Singapore with focus on MNCs and Large Corporates Segments Execute Local Market Plans and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the Corporate and Commercial business segments, with full responsibility for converting those prospects to clients Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, calls, follow up on direct marketing, attend networking events and convert leads to sales opportunities Develop opportunities by demonstrating risk and insurance expertise and ability to help solve clients’ problems Engage with local and regional teams across solution lines and geography to bring the best of Aon to clients. Manage proposals and responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, work with the relevant bid management in country and regional experts Facilitate cross-selling activities Achieve the individual sales target and overall growth target for Commercial Risk Solutions (CRS). Contribute, as required, to CRS Singapore initiatives in general by providing constructive feedback and implementing agreed initiatives . Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree and/ or a professional qualification Minimum of 1 year experience in the general insurance industry Highly motivated and sales driven Highly articulate, an effective communicator who uses consultative selling skills Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills Excellent team player Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines while maintaining prospect relationships Creative and lateral thinker Confidence to present to audiences / decision makers Strong computer/systems literacy including first class Word and PowerPoint skills #Aon #AonSingapore #Growth #DAU 2584544
