主に鉄鋼業界向けにスイッチギア製品の営業を行い、新規顧客開拓と既存顧客との関係強化を担うポジションです。

• 勤務形態：ハイブリッド
• 所属：エレクトリフィケーション事業本部、ディストリビューションソリューションズ事業部（ELDS）
• 担当顧客：主に鉄鋼メーカー・鉄鋼関連企業、紙パルプ業界など
• ミッション：受注拡大、市場シェア拡大、顧客満足度向上

主な業務内容

1. 新規営業活動

• スイッチギア製品の新規案件発掘
• 新規顧客への提案活動（他社更新案件の獲得）
• 案件創出から受注までの営業活動

2. 顧客関係構築

• 長期的な顧客との関係構築
• 顧客課題のヒアリング
• 課題解決型の提案営業

3. 売上目標達成

• 売上・利益目標の達成
• 市場シェア拡大
• 継続的な受注成長への貢献

必須要件

語学

• 日本語：日本語能力試験１級以上
• 英語：日常会話レベル （読み書きができること）

営業経験

• B2B営業経験
• 新規開拓営業経験
• 数字を追う営業活動が好きな方

その他

• スイッチギア製品への興味・関心
• 日本の運転免許証

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Switchgear products for mainly steel industries in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification in Japan.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• As a sales specialist in the Electrification Business Division, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities for switchgear products.
• Build long-term customer relationships and propose solutions to specific customer needs and issues.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
• Conversational level in English (able to read and write)
• Interested in switchgear products
• Enjoys sales work (work that generates numbers)
• Experience in B2B sales.
• New business development sales experience
• Willing to do new business development sales, no allergy to it
• Japanese Driver's Lisence
