Vos principales activités

Faciliter et animer les cérémonies Scrum : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective et ateliers d'affinage du backlog.
Accompagner l'équipe de développement dans l'adoption et l'application des principes Agile et du cadre Scrum afin de maximiser la valeur délivrée.
Identifier, analyser et contribuer à la résolution des obstacles susceptibles d'impacter la performance, la qualité ou les délais de réalisation.
Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif basé sur la confiance, la responsabilisation, la communication et la transparence.
Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes sur la méthode Agile et les bonnes pratiques d'amélioration continue.
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance de l'équipe (vélocité, capacité, qualité, respect des engagements..)et proposer des actions d'amélioration adaptées.
Veiller à la bonne utilisation des outils de gestion Agile (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence ou équivalents) et à la qualité des informations de suivi.
Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Owner pour assurer une gestion efficace du backlog produit, sa priorisation et sa bonne compréhension par l'équipe.
Produire et communiquer les reportings d'avancement, les indicateurs de performance et les alertes nécessaires auprès des parties prenantes et du management.

Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie de Scrum, Kanban et autres cadres agiles, complétée par une expérience des méthodologies telles que Scrum , SAFe et LeSS. Fort(e) d'au moins 8 ans d'expérience, dont 3 à 4 ans en tant que Scrum Master, vous avez une solide expérience en coaching organisationnel et en transformation digitale ainsi que la gestion d'équipes au sein d'environnements DevOps ou de gestion de produits.

Vos compétences professionnelles:

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Scrum, Kanban et divers cadres agiles.
Vous avez de l'expérience avec d'autres méthodologies agiles telles que Scrum , SAFe.
Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion de projet agile comme Jira, Confluence et Azure DevOps.
Vous avez une expérience en environnement DevOps ou en gestion de produits.
Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en coaching organisationnel et une expérience confirmée des initiatives de transformation digitale.
