Lead and manage the Security department, providing strategic direction and oversight.

Implement and manage access control systems, ensuring secure entry and exit points for authorized personnel.

Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance our security posture.
Train and mentor security personnel, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable team to handle security operations effectively.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate risks and minimize impact.
Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and security agencies to facilitate effective collaboration.
Prepare and present security reports and recommendations to senior management, providing insights and actionable plans.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
Certified in DevOps and Azure, with a strong understanding of security administration practices.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent knowledge of security technologies, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and cybersecurity tools.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of security professionals.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and address security challenges effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
