JOB PROFILE SUMMARY

Conducts proactive business development aligned with the division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Provides business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring profitable business growth and sustainable deployment of the division's strategic plan.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defines, develops, and executes the strategies and business plans related to focus segments, channels, and applications for identified markets in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Defines marketing and sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

• Supports the organization in the execution of product launches and customer events when required.

• Develops and implements product support and training to ensure high customer satisfaction in collaboration with Product Management and the global team.

• Manages commercial and technical support for the Sales team in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.

• Monitors data center industry policies, technological trends, and emerging solutions (such as cross-regional optimization, liquid cooling, and modular facilities); produces comprehensive market analysis reports to in-form business strategy.

• Analyzes the project decision-making chain of key stakeholders (IDC general contractors, design institutes, operations providers, and OEM manufacturers) and develops market penetration strategies for low-voltage distribution hardware products

• Establishes a competitive intelligence system and regularly reviews industry performance; dynamically ad-justs market tactics and forecasts annual industry sales targets.

• Plans and executes industry trade shows, technical seminars, and product solution presentations to enhance brand penetration within the data center sector.

• Researches competitor dynamics and develops industry strategies to support the sales team in securing stra-tegic projects.

• Documents and leverages benchmark data center case studies and industry best practices across the organization



Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from accredited institutions; preferably in electrical engineering, power systems, mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.

• 8-10+ years of experience in industry market development, business planning, and strategic market initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability in producing industry research reports, conducting competitive analysis, and developing industry marketing strategies; strong proficiency in solution presentations and PowerPoint creation.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to drive sales teams and channel partners to achieve industry objectives and execute market strategies.

• English proficiency at a level suitable for business communication

• Comprehensive understanding of data center industry systems, infrastructure, and technical requirements; familiarity with key industry trends and technological innovations.
