We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Senior Account Executive– Account Management, Health Solutions to join our team in Hanoi. Aon is in the business of better decisions. Responsibilities: Support Account Managers in handling client requests and day-to-day account activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality client delivery. Collect and analyze client, claims and other relevant data. Prepare reports and presentations that highlight key trends and useful insights. Support renewal activities, client meetings, workshops and proposals. Maintain accurate client information and follow up on agreed actions. Use technology and digital tools to improve reporting and work efficiency. Skills and experience that will lead to success. 1–2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, business analysis, insurance, consulting or a related field. Good analytical and logical thinking, with an interest in working with data. Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Good written and spoken English. Good communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to learn. Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, Claude or other AI and data tools is a plus. Experience in insurance or employee benefits is an advantage, but not required. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
