What the day will look like Responsible for supporting the Director in the design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programs. Day-to-day management of all client service activities. Retention and development of existing accounts. Account Administration Assisting the Director in managing workflow / priorities of all clients under their team responsibility. Ensuring all documentation / procedures are in compliance with the Group Standards. Handling and administering lenders endorsements and documentation. Attending client meetings. Attending surveys and Risk Management activities as designated. Account Monitoring Attending client enquiries. Arranging for the processing of adjustments / amendments to insurance programs. Renewal Strategy Assisting with Broking and Pre-Renewal Strategy planning. Insurer (and reinsurer) negotiations on premium, policy terms, wordings and endorsements. Completing placement of covers, policy and endorsement (Coordinated by the Director) Client Renewal Report and Insurance Manual preparation How this opportunity is different Aon is the largest risk and insurance advisory firm in Thailand and as part of the Power team you will be responsible for placing and servicing risk and insurance programs for some of Thailand’s largest power producers and developers. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s Degree or higher level At least 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry Proficient in both written and spoken English Native Thai Speaker IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook) Good interpersonal & Communication skills Customer service skills and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to adapt and learn quickly. #LI-PC1 2587429
