About the Role

As a Senior Airport Services Agent based in Madrid, Spain, you will provide high quality customer service to passengers during check-in, boarding, arrivals, baggage services, and other airport operations while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

This role is a 6 month temporary contract with possibility of extension.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and airport partners requiring operational assistance.
• Support safe, secure, and efficient airport operations in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor check-in and boarding activities to ensure service standards are consistently delivered.
• Handle customer queries, service recovery cases, and claims in a professional manner.
• Liaise with ground handling agents and operational partners to support day-to-day activities.
• Perform assigned aircraft turnaround and operational checks to support safe operations.
• Assist arriving and departing passengers, including directing them to airport facilities and services.
• Complete required pre-flight and post-flight administration and reporting activities accurately and on time.
• Support verification and documentation checks in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure passengers receive efficient assistance while maintaining the highest safety and security standards.

About You

• Experience in airport operations with a leading airline.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to effectively manage mishandled baggage services and customer service recovery situations.
• Knowledge of ticketing and fare construction.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Current right to live and work in Spain.
