What you'll do

As part of our Business Transformation team, you'll work closely with clients to design and deliver large-scale business and technology transformations. Depending on your experience level, you'll take ownership of project workstreams, lead stakeholder engagements, and contribute to shaping transformation strategies.

You will:

• Drive digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Map, design and optimize business processes that enable technology-enabled change
• Support or lead the development of Target Operating Models and business architecture blueprints
• Build transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
• Support ERP strategy development, requirements definition and vendor selection or ERP implementations, including testing, deployment and System Integrator oversight
• Contribute to PMO activities, governance structures and program delivery
• Help clients realize measurable business benefits through improved processes, governance and operating models
• Contribute to thought leadership, proposition development and business development activities

You ideally have:        

• 5-10 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or technology-enabled change programs
• Experience working on ERP initiatives or transformation programs
• Exposure to business process design, optimisation, standardisation or implementation
• Experience bridging business requirements and technology delivery teams
• Interest in organisational change, operating model design and transformation delivery
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar solutions is a plus

For more experienced candidates, additional experience in areas such as ERP strategy, vendor selection, data migration, reporting strategy, change management and program leadership is highly valued.
