- Translate sponsorship rights into differentiated and culturally relevant consumer experiences and Visa cardholder benefits, including privileges, pre-sale access, ticketing, hospitality, exclusive experiences, content and on-site activations.
- Connect consumer marketing and sponsorship assets with client priorities, supporting issuers, fintechs, merchants and strategic partners in developing differentiated propositions and scalable co-marketing opportunities.
- Manage assigned projects and workstreams with clear objectives, timelines, responsibilities, budgets and deliverables, while coordinating effectively across internal control functions and external partners.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, accruals, purchase orders, receiving, rights tracking, governance, KPI development, performance measurement and post-program reviews.
- Prepare clear business cases, project updates, presentations, performance reports and recommendations for China, Asia Pacific and Global stakeholders.
Why this is important to Visa:
This role helps Visa move sponsorships and partnerships beyond brand visibility by creating meaningful consumer experiences, differentiated cardholder benefits and commercially relevant client solutions. It brings together culture, commerce and payments to strengthen Visa’s relevance with Chinese consumers while unlocking client co-investment and Marketing Services opportunities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape high-profile passion-led platforms in China, localize global Visa assets and build new partnerships that deliver measurable brand, consumer, client and business outcomes.
Visa requires at least 4 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

- Experience working with rights holders, IP owners, entertainment or sports properties, commerce platforms, agencies and ecosystem partners.
- Strong understanding of Chinese consumers, culture, commerce and emerging passion trends, with the ability to assess opportunities based on both cultural relevance and business potential.
