The Senior Multi-Cloud Solution Director will be working inside our Solutions team to lead presales design, sell solutions and help deliver Orange Cloud Technical Services and Solutions to Large Multi-National customers (MNCs).

You will provide hands-on, business-oriented and technical expertise to our customers for cloud infrastructure, automation and cloud data solutions.

Mission and main activities:

• Drive the development of new go-to-market strategies for cloud offerings in collaboration with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers and partners.
• Promote cloud-based solutions and services to clients and internal sales teams.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build a regional pipeline
• Regularly educate presales and sales teams to enhance their knowledge and awareness of Orange cloud solutions and services portfolio as well as market changes that affect our clients.
• Contribute to RFP technical and solution responses.
• Technically support presales to close deals utilizing your knowledge on solutions
• Present and demonstrate personalized cloud offerings to clients clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to stay updated on industry developments.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and attending industry events to promote cloud solutions.
• Provide customer facing expertise on multiple platforms and services including 3rd party partner offers (e.g. VMware Cloud Foundation, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, HPE Greenlake, Dell Apex)
• Provide customer facing expertise on Orange Cloud infrastructure network services, Cloud security and Infrastructure virtualisation.
• Advise and improve on cloud platform infrastructures and ability to design auto-scaling with terraform, ansible, aviatrix etc.
• Assessment and auditing of customer environments and provide consultancy for improvements and remediation.
• Suggest ways to improve and reduce Cloud operational costs.
• Work with Product Owners and SMEs to assist in the development of new solutions or products.
• Provide technical leadership in provisioning and maintaining a multi-tenant hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Cloud migrations – audit and perform post migration analysis where required.
• Compose, publish and manage technical sales documentation.
• Participation in disaster recovery solution design

Technical and soft skills:Extensive hands-on experience using Cloud services: Cloud Security, Cloud Networking, Virtual Machines, Data Analytics, Container, Storage, ELB, Auto Scaling and Analytics Service.

• Ability to create and manage a regional pipeline and define areas of growth
• Deep understanding of cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI etc)
• Expert in defining, designing and developing distributed and scalable products and services, including reusable domain-specific microservices on multi-platform /hybrid clouds (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OCI).
• Solution Experience with Private Cloud solutions from Dell, HPE, Cisco
• Solution Experience with VMWare, OpenStack, Nutanix
• Solution Experience with Splunk, LIveNX, Aviatrix, Itential (desired)
• Solution Experience with Snowflake and Databricks (desired)
• Good understanding of Application, Infrastructure, security and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc
• Working awareness of Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Shell.
• Ability to review deployment and delivery pipelines i.e., implement initiatives to minimize chances of failure, identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in designing and building data factories and data lakes, data warehouses.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills by leveraging the latest trends in technologies such as AI, Cloud and Big Data.
• Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
• End to end delivery of solutions from requirements gathering, design, configuration and handover.
• Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged and processes are complex.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with handling teams and customers in multiple time zones.
• Ability to contribute to Enterprise Architecture discussions and alignment of process with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Your profile:

• Experience in customer facing hands on technical design and delivery of cloud (Network, Security, Analytics, Data, OpenStack, Azure, AWS, Google). Experience in multi-cloud technology and optimization with a proven record.
• Bringing your extensive experience in Infrastructure engineering and supporting cloud-based infrastructure and your knowledge of Landing Zones, scripts, networking, security and multi-cloud best practise.
• Proven ability to apply technical skillset to a presales engineering/presales consulting situations

Travel: As required to customers and internally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum4years ofcloud consultingexperience
• Minimum8years of experience in the IT industry
• 1-2year of presales engineering/consultingdesired
• Customer technical facing experience.
• Cloud accreditation in AWSandAzure,Google Cloud, OCIorVMWare a plus.
• Excellent communication,presentationand problem-solving skills.
• Languageproficiency: English (required); Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
• BS/BA desired, MS/MBA a plus
• VA Salary Range $1172,550 - $213,150
• NY Salary Range 190,000 - $235,200
