Senior Officer, Agency Recruitment

Job Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of industry, bank and other targeted candidates.
• Assist in candidate documentation and preparation of recruitment package.
• Work closely with agency managers to follow up recruitment cases and prepare related documents.
• Prepare regular reports to track recruitment progress.
• Monitor recruitment performance and provide updates to management.
• Support recruitment campaigns, contests and other recruitment initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment data analysis and pipeline tracking.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance, recruitment, sales support or financial services.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, responsible and detail-minded.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
