About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Qualified is the B2B agentic marketing platform for Salesforce customers, and we're looking for a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to help us win in one of the most exciting and fast-moving moments in company history. Qualified is part of AI Labs, Salesforce's new innovation team built to develop and scale AI-native technologies at startup speed — leveraging the full power of Salesforce. Alongside sister companies like Fin and Regrello, Qualified operates with the agility of a startup, while plugging into one of the world's largest enterprise go-to-market engines, bringing the agentic enterprise vision to life for Salesforce's customers.
With our product, Piper the #1 SDR Agent, now an official part of the Salesforce family, we need a sharp, versatile PMM who can do it all, from supporting product launches, to delivering our message at events, to sharpening our cross-cloud positioning. This is a true jack-of-all-trades role. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, and your work will directly impact how thousands of Salesforce sellers understand and sell Qualified.
What You'll Do
- Support product marketing leadership in defining the relationship between Qualified, Piper and the broader Salesforce ecosystem — clearly answering the questions that come up daily in the field
- Develop enterprise-ready positioning assets that address long-term roadmap, architectural relationships, and integration vision (Data Cloud, MCP, Service Cloud, Agentforce Agents etc.)
- Become a strong expert on competitive positioning within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong POV on how Qualified wins better together with Salesforce's own solutions
- Collaborate with cross-product marketing and GTM leadership to keep positioning sharp as the product and integration story evolves
- Drive cross-cloud positioning enablement programs in partnership with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing
- Lead product marketing workstreams for flagship events (e.g., Dreamforce), coordinating slides, demos, production, and legal review across session content
- Partner with onsite staff and demo teams to ensure consistent narrative and positioning at every touchpoint
- Drive post-event enablement follow-through, translating event narrative into lasting field-ready assets
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for Piper product releases — from positioning through launch readiness, timing, and cross-functional rollout
- Partner with Product and Product Management to translate roadmap into clear, sellable launch narratives and timelines
- Build and run launch tiering frameworks, aligning scope and investment to the size and impact of each release
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience at a Salesforce ISV or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
- Proven track record driving success in a role that spans product positioning & messaging or sales enablement
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar) and comfort navigating technical positioning, especially with AI agents
- Strong written communicator who can translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for sellers, customers, and executive audiences
- Background in competitive intelligence / competitive strategy a plus
- Highly collaborative — you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Programs, Product, Success, Demand Gen, and Product on a daily basis
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment with shifting priorities and lots of ambiguity
Why Qualified
- You'll be part of a company that just joined the Salesforce family — with the distribution and resources of one of the world's leading enterprise tech companies behind us
- You'll have outsized impact on a small, high-output PMM team that punches way above its weight
- Competitive compensation, equity, benefits, and the chance to work alongside some of the best GTM minds in the industry

Questions you could be asked
- How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
- Tell me about a project where product marketing was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where go to market was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where product launches was part of your work. What did you do?
- Tell me about a project where cross functional leadership was part of your work. What did you do?
Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents, Product Marketing, Go To Market, Product Launches, and Cross Functional Leadership. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Show where AI is part of your daily process, not a one-off project. This role expects it to be a running habit.
