Senior Project-Coordinator (BKK03)

What you'll be doing

• Managing permit applications and approvals, with a primary focus on fuel-related permits.
• Overseeing QA/QC processes so work meets project requirements and standards.
• Coordinating communication between internal teams, contractors, clients and relevant authorities.
• Aligning project activities across multiple departments for timely, efficient delivery.
• Managing project handovers, making sure documentation, inspections and outstanding actions are completed.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and escalating issues when needed.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of project coordination experience, preferably in construction, fit-out, infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Strong experience in project documentation, coordination, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of project management processes, construction activities and project controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and follow-up, with the confidence to work independently under tight deadlines.
