Role Description

• We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, delivery, and optimization of ServiceNow implementations across the enterprise. As a senior technology leader, you will provide mentorship and thought leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, integration design, development standards, and platform governance.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are optimized for business impact, aligned with industry best practices, and seamlessly integrated into the existing enterprise architecture from technical, business, and user perspectives.
• This role is pivotal in driving global digital transformation, operational excellence and rolling out Risk related capabilities in ServiceNow.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions aligned with global business strategy.
• Mentor teams and clients in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and development standards.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of ServiceNow and digital solutions, acting as a change agent.
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and automation using ServiceNow.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise architecture.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions for complex requirements on ServiceNow.
• Influence ServiceNow product roadmaps and contribute to architecture forums.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, providing thought leadership in ServiceNow and technology.

Your skills and experience

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, ITAM).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and mentoring technical teams.
• Minimum 12 years of ServiceNow development, including 2+ years as an architect.
• Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation projects in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, with a track record of working in global, virtual teams.
• Demonstrated ability to align digital vision and strategy with organizational goals.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
