Basic qualifications

- Must be a mentee part of 2026 SheBuilds Mentorship Program India

Preferred qualifications

- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)
- Must have registered to participate in 1:1 Coaching
