与策划团队合作，沟通理解产品需求，主导并参与相关系统的需求分析、技术设计及最终实现游戏功能
理解策划、美术团队的开发流程，与专业领域的负责人协作识别开发中的瓶颈，规划并交付相关的工具，提高团队开发效率
不断迭代和优化解决方案，以确保其稳健性、可扩展性和高性能
协助团队确立技术方向与开发标准

必备条件：

在游戏行业中有4年以上作为软件工程师的开发经验
精通C++或C#
参与过至少一个已发布的游戏项目
对常见的游戏和软件设计模式有深入理解
出色的调试技能
在技术决策中具备产品意识、务实态度和玩家同理心

优先条件：

拥有2年以上的游戏玩法开发经验
具有使用商业引擎（如Unreal或Unity）的经验
具备与中型工程团队合作的经验
参与过游戏开发的原型设计和前期制作阶段
具备敏捷开发经验

用工性质：与专业人事服务公司FESCO Adecco签订劳动合同
