Ihre Mission als Software Sovereign Cloud Engineer (w/m/d):
- Analyse und Lösung komplexer technischer Störungen im 2nd-Level Support zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Cloud-Betriebs.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen SRE- und Engineering-Teams zur nachhaltigen Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung von Cloud-Services.
- Beratung und Vertretung von Kundenanforderungen gegenüber Produkt- und Betriebsteams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Services.
- Ausbau und Anwendung von Know-how in den Bereichen Cloud-Architekturen, IT-Security und Infrastruktur-Automatisierung.
- Mitarbeit in einem kollaborativen 24/7-Supportmodell sowie aktive Beteiligung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Wissensaustausch.
Darauf freuen wir uns:
- Praktische Erfahrung im technischen Support oder relevante IT-Projekte aus Studium, Ausbildung oder privaten Initiativen.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Cloud- und IT-Umfeld.
- Grundkenntnisse in Linux-/Unix-Systemen, Netzwerktechnologien sowie erste Erfahrung mit Skripting (z. B. Shell oder Python) und Datenbankabfragen.
- Interesse an Monitoring-Tools, IT-Security und modernen Public-Cloud-Technologien wie Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Site Reliability Engineering (SLI/SLO/SLA, Fehlerbudget, Überwachung, Postmortems) und DevSecOps-Methoden (Infrastructure-as-Code, Git, Continuous Deployment, Terraform, Ansible).
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
