Job Summary
Responsibilities & Job Description

Be the voice and advocate of overall Solution Quality for installed base and new product releases
Strengthen operational excellence through Solution quality forums, customers insights reviews and proactive Telemetry/Sentiment monitoring; Ensure critical issues are raised, prioritized, and tracked to closure
Lead field escalation for Solution related issues
Institutionalize Solution quality process across the product lifecycle
Provide Quality/Experience leadership to partner with Consumer Print Core Solutions Product Management and TIO teams
Drive systemic improvement with partners to prevent reoccurrence of issues
Ensure tighter synergy and integration between Quality HW/FW and Solution teams in terms of process, methodology and collaboration

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
6-10years of professional work experience in Technical marketing, software QA or engineering
Experience in Program management preferred
Good understanding of Solution/Software ecosystem
