What you will do

In the Recruitment team, we work closely with hiring managers and Business HR to coordinate different stages of the recruitment and hiring process. Among your tasks, you will:

Publish job advertisements in agreed channels
Manage applications and respond to candidates’ inquiries
Schedule interviews and support a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
Collect required information and documentation from selected candidates
Support hiring-related activities and provide system support to managers
Maintain accurate recruitment and hiring data in Workday system
Contribute to projects and initiatives based on current needs, your interests and skills

Who you are

You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
You are interested in HR and eager to learn how it is organized in a global company
You have great interpersonal and communication skills
You have good organizational skills, and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
You can learn new systems quickly
You are able to work also in a third language - Spanish or Finnish is considered an asset
