Umfassende Exportabfertigung
Zollabwicklung über ATLAS (Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen)
Erstellung bzw. Einholung aller für den Export notwendigen Unterlagen
Fakturierung
Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung
Annahme der Kundenaufträge
Organisation der Transporte / Abholungen
Erstellung und Versand von Transportaufträgen / Buchungsbestätigungen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von länderspezifischen und konzernseitigen Vorgaben
Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache

Ihr Profil:

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation vorweisen können
Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht
Gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung
Gültige Luftsicherheitsschulung 11.2.3.9
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht
Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
Kenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle (AWG, AWV, EG-VO, EAR) wünschenswert
DGR-Zertifikate ADR, PK4/5 oder PK6 wünschenswert
Selbstständiges Arbeiten
Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Kundenorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft
Verantwortungsbewusstsein
