Twój zakres obowiązków:

Obsługa Klientów w spedycji krajowej
Organizowanie operacji transportowych przy zachowaniu ustalonych z Klientem warunków (czas transportu, cena, jakość, itp.) oraz przy zachowaniu norm i procedur obowiązujących w firmie
Monitoring statusu przesyłek
Prowadzenie ewidencji realizowanych zleceń
Przygotowywanie raportów, wskaźników jakościowych zestawień
Dbanie o wysoką jakość / terminowość realizowanych zleceń

Nasze wymagania:

Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku (min 1 rok)
Znajomość sektora spedycji krajowej
Wykształcenie o kierunku transport lub logistyka będzie dodatkowym atutem
Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
Zdolność samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji oraz rozwiązywania problemów
Umiejętność dobrej organizacji pracy i wyznaczania priorytetów, systematyczność
Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel)
