In unserer Österreich Zentrale in Wien 23 haben wir eine spannende Position im Einkauf als Purchasing Specialist/Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) zu besetzen. In dieser Position wirst Du innerhalb unseres KONE DACH Einkaufsteams für den Bereich lokales Material und Logistik in Österreich und der Schweiz verantwortlich sein.

Zu Deinem Hauptverantwortungsbereich zählt:

Strategisch ausgerichtetes Lieferantenmanagement inklusive Aufbau und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen
Aktive Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten, sowie Erarbeitung neuer Einkaufskonzepte, samt Implementierung der dazugehörigen Bestell- und Logistikprozesse
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Geschäftsbereichen in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz
Budgetverantwortung
Konzern-Reporting
Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen samt Preisvereinbarungen sowie Wahrnehmung der Aufgabe als „Contract-Owner“

Was wir von Dir erwarten:

Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich strategischer Einkauf bzw. Projekteinkauf
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse mit Excel vertiefend, gute SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Gutes Prozessverständnis setzen wir voraus
Verhandlungen in Englisch stellen keine unüberwindbare Hürde für Dich dar, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Starke Kunden- und Teamorientierung sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Verhandlungs- und Abschlussstärke
Gutes Urteilsvermögen, soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit KollegInnen und Geschäftspartnern
Konzernerfahrung ist Dein zusätzlicher Bonus, aber kein Muss
