What are your contributions to the team?

You will support HRBP
You will follow up on assigned client requirements.
You will develop events and work sessions.
You will follow up on a customer engagement plan.
You will collaborate with focus group sessions.
You will generate designs for communication/notices/reminders
You will run team diagnostics
You will carry out 360° Evaluations
You will generate presentations.
You will execute Voluntary Resignations Process

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You are currently studying a bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational psychology, Administration or similar.
You are interested in developing in the area of Human Resources
You have an advanced proficiency level of English
You have knowledge of office software
You have schedule availability
You have the following Competencies: confidentiality, emotional intelligence, follow-up and attention to detail, flexibility.
