Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Corporate en Marsh. Este puesto estará ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia. Se trata de un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

El Subgerente Comercial en Marsh se encarga de dar atención y administrar integralmente y de manera directa a todos nuestros clientes, funcionando como intermediario directo entre Marsh y el cliente dando seguimiento al plan de trabajo, a proceso y a siniestros. Además, se encarga de cumplir el presupuesto de negocios nuevos y expandidos.

Contaremos contigo para:

Identificar las necesidades del cliente con el fin de llevar la propuesta de valor de MMC
Gestionar los diferentes requerimientos de los clientes y garantizar el cumplimiento del servicio.
El cumplimiento de metas comerciales para negocios nuevos, expansiones y renovaciones.
Ofrecer soporte técnico, transaccional y comercial para los diferentes clientes garantizando el despliegue de nuestra propuesta de valor.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con las diferentes contrapartes del cliente y de las diferentes áreas al interior de Marsh.
Implementar y utilizar herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas de inteligencia artificial para optimizar la gestión de riesgos y procesos comerciales.
Analizar datos generados por plataformas de IA para mejorar la toma de decisiones y personalizar las soluciones ofrecidas a los clientes.
Colaborar en la automatización de procesos internos mediante tecnologías digitales para aumentar la eficiencia operativa.

¿Qué necesitas tener?

Profesional en derecho, administración, economía o afines
Preferiblemente especialización en seguros
Preferiblemente experiencia de 3 años en gestión comercial, atención clientes, articular y poner en marcha estrategias, trabajo en equipo, control de cifras, ejecución y seguimiento plan de trabajo
Conocimientos en Seguros Generales (property - patrimoniales - Líneas financieras - cumplimiento) Beneficios conocimientos básicos
Niveles de inglés: B1
