- Administrar el servicio de deuda de créditos Sindicados, asegurando el cobro/pago de intereses, comisiones y capital en tiempo y forma como establece el contrato de crédito.
- Planificar, comunicar y coordinar los eventos como son los desembolsos de disposiciones subsecuentes y la cobranza del servicio de deuda con los intervinientes externos e internos (clientes, fideicomisos, áreas operativas, áreas contables, de negocio y de producto)
- Verificar las condiciones operativas de los deals y asegurar que los sistemas y registros empleados para la administración de los créditos sean correctos.
- Intermediar la transmisión de fondos, recepción/envío de recursos con terceros mediante transferencias nacionales, internacionales o mismo banco.
- Emitir/reexpedir Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales, asegurando que los CFDIs se encuentren conforme a los ingresos recibidos por el banco.
- Solicitar disposiciones y renovaciones subsecuentes a contraloría de credito y asegurar la correcta formalización del crédito en sistema.
- Atender solicitudes de clientes como son consultas, de cartas de no adeudo, certificados y cartas específicas sobre la situación del crédito.
