Als Team Leader Key Account Management hast Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für Dein 7-köpfiges Team. Dein Team betreut unsere Key Accounts im DACH-Markt, während Du als Teil des DACH Management Teams für die Überwachung der Aktivitäten und der Entwicklung des Key Account Management Teams in der DACH-Region verantwortlich bist.

Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für das Key Account Management Team mit Top Kunden aus allen Industrien (Retail, Travel, Telco, Services und Finance)
- Verantwortlichkeit für die Erstellung und Erreichung von Umsatz- und Budgetplänen
- Entwicklung der Teammitglieder in ihren fachlichen und sozialen Kompetenzfeldern
- Strategische Beratung von Key-Account-Kunden und Entwicklung kundenbezogener Wachstumsstrategien
- Schnittstelle zwischen dem Awin Management und den Teammitgliedern
- Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Erkennen von Markttrends sowie Weiterentwicklung des Netzwerkes in Hinblick auf sich verändernde Märkte
- Eigenständige Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen, sowohl bei Neukunden als auch bei Bestandskunden
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei externen Veranstaltungen wie Messen oder Branchen- und Networking Events
Dein Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre kaufmännische Erfahrung, davon mehrere Jahre in der Medien- und Marketingbranche (z.B. Publisher, Advertiser oder Mediaagentur) mit Kenntnissen vorzugsweise im digitalen Bereich
- 1-2 Jahre Führungserfahrung, Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Remote Teams von Vorteil
- Motiviert, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Exzellentes Verständnis von Performance Marketing und Affiliate Marketing, inklusive deren Trends, Veränderungen, Wettbewerb und strategische Prioritäten
- Ausgezeichnete Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mündlich als auch schriftlich in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr hohe und ergebnisorientierte Verhandlungskompetenz, mit Kunden und Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie im Change Management
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten
