Job Title- Technical Analyst, AS

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

Deutsche Bank’s Wealth Management Technology division is currently working on an initiative to build a core team of internal resources in Pune with expertise on various technologies and applications.

Technical Analyst is required to work as part of Deutsche Bank’s Wealth Management Technology team
Hands on expertise on Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, Control-M
Able to perform analysis, coding, unit testing, debugging of stored procedures, functions, triggers and adhoc queries using SQL to support business, functional and technical requirements while leveraging efficiency opportunities and driving reusability.
Responsible for overall application L3 support including interfaces with other applications/systems.
Follows application development that is consistent with industry best practices application attributes (including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility).

Your key responsibilities

Responsibility includes analysis, debugging, development and testing of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ad hoc queries using SQL
Ability to perform Database Performance tuning
Ability to lead a technical team of mid to junior level developers.
Ability to provide technical solutions for production issues.
Ability to provide Test cases, Test Evaluation Report etc.
Ability to provide Release notes, SQL Scripts(implementation/rollback).
Ability to analyze requirements and prepare high/low level design.
Ability to work with multi-region teams with good communication.

Your skills and experience

Around 8-10 years of IT experience in Database design and development.
Strong experience with stored procedures, functions, triggers, and adhoc queries using Oracle PL/SQL.
Strong Experience with performance tuning.
Strong Experience with Database and Data ware house design.
Experience with ETL tool (Informatica or Ab Initio) is preferred.
Experience with data modelling tool like Power Designer is preferred.
Intermediate level exposure on python.
Financial/Banking domain knowledge /Wealth Management is a plus.
Exposure on cloud technology like GCP.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
