Missions principales :
Sécurité & Environnement
- Respecter et faire appliquer les standards sécurité et environnement.
- Détecter et réagir face aux écarts ou incidents.
- Participer au QRQC Sécurité et intégrer les retours d’expérience dans la maintenance et l’exploitation des équipements.
Maintenance
- Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les équipements.
- Optimiser le MTTR (temps de réparation) et le MTBF (fiabilité).
- Assurer la mise à jour des documentations techniques et des instructions de travail.
- Maintenir les AMDEC équipements et gérer les listes de pièces de rechange.
Industrialisation & Amélioration continue
- Participer à l’industrialisation et au démarrage de nouveaux équipements.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue via les actions Kaizen, PDCA, 5 Why et FTA.
- Proposer des actions pour améliorer la sécurité, l’efficacité et la productivité des équipements.
Profil recherché :
- Formation technique (Bac Pro / BTS / DUT en maintenance industrielle ou équivalent).
- Expérience souhaitée en maintenance industrielle.
- Connaissance des méthodologies de maintenance préventive et corrective.
- Sens de la sécurité, rigueur et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Connaissance des outils et standards industriels (VSDP, IPROM, TPM) est un plus.
