Wat ga je doen?
Als Technisch Administratief Medewerker sta je in voor de correcte en tijdige opvolging van het aankoopproces en de bijhorende administratie. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:
- Administratieve opvolging van aankooporders in ERP-systemen (Maximo en Oracle)
- Aanvragen, vergelijken en opvolgen van offertes, bestellingen en leveringen
- Afhandeling van klachten en opvolgen van garantieprocedures
- Samen met het Procurement team nadenken over slimme leverancierskeuzes
- Onderhouden van interne contacten (Procurement, Technische Dienst en Boekhouding) en externe relaties (leveranciers)
- Adviseren van technische afdelingen inzake bestellingen
- Ondersteunen van technische afdelingen met allerhande administratieve taken zoals: klasseren van levernota’s, verwerken van timesheets van contractoren, bestellen van gereedschappen, ...
Wat breng jij mee?
Je behaalde een bachelor in een administratieve richting en kan relevante ervaring voorleggen in technische administratie en hebt affiniteit met logistiek
Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels, dit zowel gesproken als geschreven
Je bent vertrouwd met het office-pakket. Ervaring met Maximo en/of Oracle Fusion is een pluspunt
Je werkt ordelijk, gestructureerd en neemt initiatief
Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit , ja kan autonoom werken maar verliest daarbij de teamspirit niet uit het oog
