​Do you have a passion for retail and an eye for what makes a customer stop in their tracks? We are looking for a Trade Planning Specialist to be the architect of our promotional plans across some of our most essential categories.

From great deals to seasonal events, you’ll be the bridge between our commercial strategy and the physical (and digital) shelf. If you thrive in a fast paced environment where your decisions directly impact sales and customer satisfaction, this is the role for you.

Your goal is simple but vital, ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, with a message that resonates. You will own a trade plan and turn complex data into brilliant store execution. In this role, you will:

• Use insights and Kantar data to challenge the status quo and ensure our trade plans truly serve the shopper.
• Lead the planning for key feature spaces and "shippers", maximising sales through newness and seasonality.
• Act as the vital link between Commercial, Marketing, and Retail Operations to ensure every promotion is "first time right."
• Prepare briefs and present data to senior stakeholders to shape the future of our ambient business.
  
   

More about you

We’re looking for a proactive planner who doesn't just follow a process but looks for ways to improve it, someone who understands the "nitty-gritty" of a store environment and how to make a promotion work across different store formats. You will also:

• Be comfortable with data and can translate numbers into a compelling story for stakeholders.
• Juggle multiple deadlines concurrently ensuring work is right the first time.
• Have a can do attitude and the personal resilience to navigate a fast paced, high energy workload.
• Have a solid understanding of GSCOP and the importance of policy compliance.
