Job Description:

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO: Trainee MRO Helicópteros

Objetivo: Buscamos un Trainee para Mantenimiento, Reparación y Operaciones (MRO) de helicópteros, una persona motivada y con ganas de aprender que se una a nuestro equipo. Este puesto es ideal para recién graduados o estudiantes avanzados en campos relacionados con la aeronáutica o la mecánica. El objetivo principal es capacitar al candidato en todas las áreas del mantenimiento de aeronaves, siguiendo los más altos estándares de seguridad y calidad de la industria.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Asistir a técnicos e ingenieros en la ejecución de tareas de mantenimiento, reparación y overhaul de helicópteros.
Aprender y aplicar los procedimientos de seguridad y las normativas aeronáuticas ( FAA, etc.).
Documentar y registrar adecuadamente todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas.
Participar en inspecciones programadas y no programadas de las aeronaves.
Mantener el orden y la limpieza del área de trabajo, así como de las herramientas y equipos.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar el flujo de trabajo eficiente.

Requisitos:

Título técnico o estudiante de Mantenimiento de Aeronaves, Mecánica, Electrónica o un campo similar.
Interés genuino y pasión por la aviación y la mecánica de helicópteros.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo supervisión.
Proactividad, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas básicos.
Disponibilidad para aprender y seguir las instrucciones de los técnicos y supervisores.
Nivel de inglés técnico (lectura de manuales) deseable.
