Die Berufsbildung ist tief in unserer DNA verankert. Jedes Jahr starten bei uns rund 100 junge Talente in 17 verschiedenen Berufen durch. Mit dem Start unseres neuen, zukunftsweisenden Kompetenz-Clusters «Business & Digital Technology» verschmelzen wir kaufmännische Weitsicht und technologische Innovationskraft. In diesem agilen, rollenbasierten Ausbildungsumfeld brechen wir klassische Silos auf.
Die Möglichkeit
In diesem neuen Modell bist du frei von schwerer Administration und ganz für die Kernausbildung da. Während unsere Individual Coaches die End-to-End-Betreuung (von der Rekrutierung bis zum persönlichen Coaching) der Lernenden übernehmen, fokussierst du dich voll und ganz auf die Vermittlung von Kompetenzen auf Augenhöhe:
- Ganzheitliche Kompetenzvermittlung: Du bist im Lead für den Aufbau von Handlungs-, Fach- und Methodenkompetenzen innerhalb unseres Clusters. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Informatik und IT Technologie, du hast aber die Flexibilität und Offenheit, auch Lernende Mediamatik, Entwickler:innen Digitales Business oder Kaufleute fachlich zu befähigen, zu begleiten und auszubilden..
- ÜK-Leitung & Kurskonzeption: Du planst, organisierst und leitest die internen überbetrieblichen Kurse (üK) sowie spezifische Ausbildungsmodule. Dabei setzt du auf innovative Blended-Learning-Konzepte, nutzt moderne digitale Lernumgebungen und treibst den Einsatz von KI als Lerntutor aktiv voran, um zukunftsweisende Lernwelten nach dem 4K-Modell (Kreativität, kritisches Denken, Kollaboration, Kommunikation) zu gestalten.
- Learning Portfolio Management: Du definierst und optimierst unser Kursangebot, gleichst es mit internen und externen Angeboten ab und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lernenden genau die Trainings erhalten, die das Business von morgen braucht.
- Expertennetzwerk: Du arbeitest eng mit den Individual Coaches und den Praxisbildner:innen im Business zusammen, um Theorie und Praxis perfekt zu verzahnen.
Wer du bist
- Fachlicher Background & Erfahrung: Du verfügst über einen Abschluss der höheren Berufsbildung (z. B. HF, eidg. Fachausweis/Diplom) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation (z. B. FH/Bachelor) in Bereichen der Informatik. Zudem bringst du fundiertes Praxiswissen durch mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich.
- Pädagogisches Fundament: Du besitzt eine berufspädagogische Qualifikation (z. B. didaktisches Basismodul, SVEB-Zertifikat oder Ausbilder:in mit Fachausweis) – oder du hast die feste Absicht, diese mit unserer Unterstützung zu erwerben.
- Mindset: Du brennst für das lebenslange Lernen. Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Geschick, junge Menschen sowohl fachlich als auch in ihrer Persönlichkeitsentwicklung zu stärken.
- Sprachen: Fliessendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse (da wir in einem internationalen Umfeld agieren).
