Join us in making a difference

Join our Talent & Business Relations team and get hands-on with the HR processes that keep trivago running. You’ll support our HR Business Partners and Talent Support colleagues across onboarding, recruiting, HR data, and workshops, with real responsibility from day one. How you’ll make an impact:

• Support onboarding and recruiting processes in Workday, from opening job requisitions to ensuring successful hires.
• Partner with our HR Business Partners to coordinate leadership exchange sessions and prepare slide decks for our leadership teams.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying and resolving integration errors, cleaning up open positions, and keeping talent records accurate.
• Plan and organize in-house and offsite HR workshops, take minutes in team meetings, and document new or improved HR processes for our HR tech systems.
• Research and cross-check HR policies and employment-related legal topics, and draft interim and final reference letters for team members.
• Maintain employee documentation with care and confidentiality, and support ad-hoc administrative HR projects.

What you'll need to thrive:

• Currently enrolled at a German university (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung required) near or around Dusseldorf.
• Outstanding written communication skills in both German and English, paired with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, structured, and reliable approach to handling multiple responsibilities.
• A genuine learning mindset: you approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to grow.
• A performance mindset: you set ambitious goals for yourself and have the determination and resilience to follow through.
• An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and HR systems such as Workday or Greenhouse (first-hand experience is a plus): you actively explore how they can enhance your work and are excited to grow alongside evolving technologies.

• Currently studying Human Resources or Business Administration at a Bachelors or Masters level
