- Identificar oportunidades de crescimento ao longo de toda a jornada do cliente, atuando nas etapas de aquisição, ativação, retenção e monetização.
- Planejar, executar e analisar testes A/B com rigor analítico e estatístico, garantindo tomadas de decisão orientadas por dados.
- Desenvolver e validar hipóteses com base em análises de dados, comportamento dos usuários e oportunidades de negócio.
- Trabalhar de forma integrada com os times de Produto, Tecnologia e Marketing para impulsionar resultados e acelerar o crescimento.
- Monitorar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs), gerando insights acionáveis para otimização contínua da performance.
- Construir dashboards, relatórios e análises que suportem a tomada de decisão estratégica.
- Priorizar iniciativas e experimentos considerando potencial de impacto, viabilidade e esforço de implementação.
- Promover uma cultura de experimentação, aprendizado contínuo e melhoria baseada em evidências.
- Experiência em Growth, Produto ou áreas analíticas orientadas por dados.
- Forte capacidade analítica e habilidade para tomar decisões baseadas em evidências.
- Conhecimento em SQL para extração, tratamento e manipulação de dados.
- Experiência com ferramentas de visualização e análise de dados, como Power BI ou similares.
- Vivência na condução, acompanhamento e interpretação de testes A/B e iniciativas de experimentação.
- Conhecimento de métricas de negócio, indicadores de performance e funis de conversão.
- Perfil proativo, com forte orientação para resultados e geração de insights acionáveis.
