El proyecto formativo de MARSH tiene como objetivo garantizar que las prácticas académicas externas realizadas por estudiantes en la empresa les permitan aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en su formación y la adquisición de competencias profesionales.

El objetivo principal de las mismas es la integración de los estudiantes en el entorno profesional a través del desarrollo de actividades prácticas supervisadas que permitan el desarrollo de competencias técnicas y transversales

Estamos buscando a un estudiante con gran talento para hacer prácticas uniéndose al equipo de Grandes Clientes (Risk Management) en la oficina de Madrid.

Contaremos contigo para que, bajo la supervisión del/ de la Tutor/a puedas:

Apoyar en el aprendizaje de la documentación y procedimientos internos relacionados con la gestión de programas internacionales de seguros;
Apoyar en la elaboración de borradores de informes y documentación interna vinculada a concursos y renovaciones, siempre bajo supervisión;
Prestar ayuda en la preparación de presentaciones, materiales de apoyo y documentación para reuniones internas;
Colaborar en la revisión documental de contratos y otros documentos relacionados, aprendiendo a identificar su estructura y contenido;
Dar apoyo en los procesos de renovación mediante la recopilación, ordenación y análisis inicial de datos, con fines de aprendizaje y soporte al equipo.

Lo que necesitas tener:

Grado o doble Grado de ADE/ Económicas.
Nivel alto de inglés (C1).
Dominio paquete Office (Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint), especialmente Excel y ppt.
Tener iniciativa y un sentido alto de la responsabilidad.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
Capacidad para priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.
Habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con clientes y diferentes equipos de la compañía.
Dinamismo, proactividad y ganas de aprender.
Capacidad de innovación.
Capacidad analítica.
