Key job responsibilities
• 業務全体の把握：チームが担当する各オペレーション（問い合わせ対応、エスカレーション処理、データ管理など）の流れや仕組みを理解し、全体像を把握する。
• 緊急案件のハンドリング：重大なシステム障害やお客様への影響が大きいインシデントが発生した際、関連チームと迅速に連携し、ビジネス・顧客・現場への影響を最小限に抑えるための対応をリードする。
• リスク軽減アクションの実行：社内ツールやシステムを活用し、問題の拡大を防ぐための具体的な対策（アカウント制御、フロー変更、一時対応など）を迅速に実施する。
• プロダクトチームとの連携：担当領域に関する課題やニーズをプロダクトチームに共有し、機能改善やシステム開発の優先順位について合意形成を図る。
• データの収集・整理・可視化：複数のデータベースやレポートから必要な情報を抽出・統合し、意思決定者がすぐに判断できるダッシュボードやレポートを作成する。
• 根本原因の分析と改善提案：繰り返し発生する問題やパフォーマンス低下の原因を特定し、データに基づいた改善策や新たなビジネス機会を提案する。
• 業務プロセス・SOPの改善：現行の業務手順における非効率や課題を洗い出し、改善案を策定。承認後、SOPの更新・展開を行う。
• プロジェクトの計画・推進：特定された改善施策や新規プロジェクトについて、関連チームと協力しながらスケジュール策定から実行・完了までを主導する。
• 分析結果の報告・共有：複雑なデータ分析の結果やインサイトを、専門知識のないステークホルダーやビジネスリーダーにも分かりやすく、資料・プレゼンテーション・口頭で伝える。

Basic qualifications

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred qualifications
