Business Intelligence Developer

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a crucial role in our Business Intelligence department. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop robust BI solutions that transform raw data into valuable insights, empowering our business units to make informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their data requirements.
• Develop and maintain efficient data models and databases.
• Create and execute complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI tools.
• Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
