Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Buyer.

The main objectives of this job is: purchase goods, materials and services considering price, quality and delivery, and ensure the continuity of supply.

what you will be doing:

identify in cooperation with the internal departments the sourcing needs
ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business
negotiate contracts, improve prices and commercial terms with suppliers, and review opportunities to make savings using negotiation and procurement best practices, tools and methods
assess and evaluate suppliers, undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
coordinate the selection process, draw up and issue Request for Information or/and Quotations for the suppliers, manage in-depth preparation of negotiation: negotiation scripts, alternative scenarios
coordinate inside the organization and with the supplier the contract drafting, negotiation and final contract validation
prepare monthly savings reports and weekly projects status
ensure compliance to company guidelines, sourcing policies and procedures

what we are looking for:

university degree
previous experience in procurement area
Technical knowledge in telecom and IT is a plus
strong negotiation skills
written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
ability to work well under pressure
autonomy
