Nel ruolo di Capoturno per la Divisione del Mercato Elettrico presso 3M Italia nello stabilimento di Marcallo con Casone, avrai l'opportunità di mettere in gioco la tua curiosità e di collaborare con alcune delle persone più innovative e diversificate a livello internazionale.
Qui, avrai un impatto:
- Garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità, ordine e pulizia all’interno dell’area produttiva.
- Coordinando le attività operative del turno, assicurando il rispetto del piano di produzione, delle priorità e delle tempistiche definite.
- Essendo il supervisore del personale di produzione assegnato al turno, organizzando le attività giornaliere e monitorando l’avanzamento del lavoro.
- Monitorando il corretto funzionamento di macchinari, linee e impianti, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali anomalie o guasti.
- Collaborando con gli altri Team di Sito (Qualità, Ingegneri di processo, Sicurezza, Pianificazione, altro).
- Verificando che le attività siano svolte secondo le procedure.
- Gestendo il passaggio di consegne tra i turni, assicurando una comunicazione chiara e completa.
- Supportando la formazione e l’affiancamento degli operatori.
- Favorendo un clima di collaborazione e comunicazione efficace all’interno del personale di turno.
Le Tue Competenze ed Esperienze
Per prepararti al successo in questo ruolo fin dal primo giorno, 3M è alla ricerca di candidati che soddisfino i seguenti requisiti minimi:
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione operativa di risorse in ambito produttivo
- Buona conoscenza delle procedure di sicurezza, qualità e ambiente applicabili in contesti manifatturieri
- Gestione delle situazioni di emergenza
- Orientamento al rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza, produttività e continuità operativa
- Attitudine alla leadership operativa, alla gestione delle priorità e alla risoluzione dei problemi
Conoscenze aggiuntive che potrebbero aiutarti ad avere ancora più successo in questo ruolo includono:
- Conoscenza del programma di gestione SAP
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office

- La posizione lavorativa è inquadrata nel livello C del CCNL dell'Industria della Gomma, Cavi Elettrici e Materie Plastiche CNEL code B371.
- La retribuzione annua lorda prevista per il ruolo è compresa tra € 34.000 e € 37.000. L'individuazione della retribuzione finale di assunzione all'interno di tale fascia sarà concordata tenendo conto del contesto organizzativo aziendale e di quanto previsto dal CCNL e di criteri oggettivi e neutri sotto il profilo del genere quali: la qualifica professionale, l'esperienza maturata, le competenze possedute e il livello di responsabilità connesso alla posizione. Ulteriori benefits e agevolazioni potranno essere riconosciuti in conformità alla normativa vigente, al CCNL e ai programmi aziendali in essere al momento dell’inizio della prestazione lavorativa.
