Key responsibilities:
Perform support operations for .NET applications, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless support.
Monitor application health and performance using tools like GCP Operations Suite.
Manage change requests, deployments, and patching activities in coordination with stakeholders.
Participate in rotational weekend support activities as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in .NET application support and development.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, MVC, ASP.NET, MVC .NET Core, Angular, SSIS and SQL Server.
Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
Experience using Service now / ADO.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven experience in performing support tasks and managing stakeholders.
