Job Description & Summary

Cerchiamo un Senior Associate con esperienza come SAP Ariba Consultant per supportare progetti di trasformazione dei processi di procurement. La persona lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team IT e con le funzioni Acquisti dei clienti, contribuendo alla progettazione, configurazione e adozione delle soluzioni SAP Ariba.

Responsabilità
- Analizzare i processi Source-to-Contract e Procure-to-Pay e raccogliere i requisiti di business.
- Configurare e ottimizzare i moduli SAP Ariba, in particolare Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing e Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, SAP business network (for procurement e for Supply chain collaboration), in base al perimetro di progetto.
- Supportare le integrazioni con SAP ERP o SAP S/4HANA, anche tramite SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network (già CIG).
- Redigere documentazione funzionale, casi di test e materiali per la formazione degli utenti.
- Coordinare test, gestione delle anomalie, rilascio e supporto post go-live.
- Collaborare con stakeholder di business e tecnici, contribuendo al coordinamento delle attività progettuali e al mentoring dei profili più junior.

Requisiti
- Almeno 3/5 anni di esperienza in progetti SAP Ariba, preferibilmente in contesti di consulenza.
- Esperienza diretta su uno o più moduli SAP Ariba e buona conoscenza dei processi di procurement.
- Familiarità con le integrazioni tra SAP Ariba e sistemi SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
- Capacità di gestire workshop, tradurre requisiti di business in soluzioni funzionali e comunicare con interlocutori diversi.
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese, scritto e parlato.
- Costituiscono un plus: certificazioni SAP Ariba, esperienza in progetti internazionali e conoscenza di metodologie Agile.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
