This position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

· Strong programming and development capabilities. Deep understanding of factory digital system architecture. Responsible for the maintenance of factory digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP).

· Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies, trends, and tools (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, computer vision, predictive analytics). Identify high-impact AI use cases and be able to implement AI projects.

· Partner with the business stakeholders to identity opportunities which will result in better business impacts and values via digital transformation.

· Act as a key member in cross-functional digital projects, contributing to the successful delivery of digital initiatives. Support the deployment of digital projects in factory together with global / cross functions team

· Technology scouting and developments with IS and 3rd parties. Build networks with other teams and external stakeholders to learn about new developments, leverage opportunities and share best practices.

· Keep communication and collaboration with IS. Work on a broad set of initiates within IT Security, Governance, Risks, and Compliance space.

· Other tasks assigned by management team.

Qualifications for the Role

Ability to learn new technologies. Be familiar with any of C++, C#, Python, SQL, Java, .NET, JavaScript or similar.

Deep understanding of system servers, network and database.

Have strong systematic thinking and problem-solving ability.

SAP application Knowledge is preferred.

Experiences for manufacturing, digitalization development & operation are preferred.

Experience in project management is preferred.

Experience in intelligent manufacturing is preferred.

English writhing and speaking.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.
